Regular preventive inspections

Servicing is key to ensuring your vehicle’s longevity and safety. Thanks to regular servicing, you’ll be kept informed about the condition of your car and any faults that could lead to more serious and costly breakdowns.

A preventive service should ideally be carried out twice a year – at the end of the winter months and at the end of the summer.

A standard service at Dakuma usually takes 15–30 minutes and includes a check of:

• the battery
• the chassis
• tyre condition
• the wear and tear of the windscreen wipers and washers
• engine oil level
• levels of operating fluids (excluding oil in the automatic gearbox)
• wear on brake pads and discs

Following the inspection, we will provide you with details of the work carried out and the results. Should any faults or low levels of operating fluids be identified, you can arrange for repairs or top-ups with us straight away.
